Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia Fight Strategy

When the fight begins, all seven Balancers appear at once and quickly scatter across the arena. In this opening phase, the Balancers have very low health and a fairly limited attack pool, mostly simple melee swipes and stabs. Because of this, it's highly recommended to bring a weapon that inflicts Sleep, such as the Sword of St Trina, or any weapon carrying the "Attacks Inflict Sleep" passive effect. The Sleep status procs quickly and is effective enough to take a Balancer out of the fight long enough for the rest to be cleaned up. The Balancers will stagger from nearly any attack thrown at them, with the exception of when they're performing their special attacks. To move on to the next phase, all seven Balancers need to be killed, which brings the main health bar down to 70%.

Phase 2 kicks in once the health bar reaches that 70% mark. At this point, all of the Balancers get revived, and one of them becomes the leader, easily identified by a large pink scarf. The Balancers then perform a dive attack, where each one dives toward a targeted player, marked by a red dot, leaving behind an exploding trail as it goes. Once every Balancer has finished dashing, they all converge together from around the arena toward the targeted player, and the leader follows up by charging a hail of massive explosive spears that quickly tear through anything in their path.

The leader Balancer also picks up new attacks and longer combos during this phase. Once it's killed, every remaining Balancer is stunned for a short time, giving the group a window to deal some extra damage before a new leader rises to take its place. It's worth noting that the dive attack used during this phase transition happens every single time a new leader emerges, so if that attack is giving trouble, it may help to limit how often the leader is killed. The lesser Balancers in this phase have more health than before, though they can still be brought down, and attacking them still chips away at the overall health bar, so killing each one individually helps make the fight less hectic overall. That said, since the lesser Balancers teleport and dash around quite a bit, hunting them down can end up being a bit tedious or time-consuming.

From time to time, the leader will teleport all of the Balancers at once and gain a stack of up to three attack buffs. Killing off the lesser Balancers is the way to cut down the strength of that buff.

Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia Overview

Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia is a humanoid Nightlord with an appearance that resembles a Valkyrie. What sets this encounter apart from other Nightlord fights is that players aren't facing a single enemy directly, but rather several Balancers acting independently, overwhelming the group through simultaneous attacks from multiple directions. Each Balancer has its own individual health bar, separate from the overall health bar belonging to Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia itself, though damaging a Balancer still chips away at the boss's overall HP. In the first phase of the fight, there are seven Balancers in total that need to be defeated. These Balancers rely on basic spear attacks for the most part, occasionally casting a spell that causes numerous spears to erupt from the ground. They're not too difficult to deal with individually, since players can stagger them and interrupt most of their attacks, and a group of players can also focus fire on a single Balancer at a time to speed things up.

Once all seven Balancers have been defeated, bringing Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia's overall health down to around 70%, the Balancers are revived and the second phase begins. At this point, one Balancer stands out with pink wings, marking it as the leader of the group. During this phase, players need to pay close attention to what the lead Balancer is doing, since it's capable of commanding the others to dive toward a single area, or it may instead unleash devastating spear attacks of its own. All of the Balancers also gain access to a new move called Purity of Lightning, a grab attack that deals heavy damage if it manages to connect. Aside from these additions, the core mechanics of the fight stay consistent with the first phase, meaning attacks on any Balancer continue to lower Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia's overall health. If players manage to fully deplete the lead Balancer's health, the rest of the Balancers are momentarily staggered, opening up a safe window to land some counterattacks.

Phase 1

At the start of the encounter, players will face seven Balancers, each wielding a spear and capable of performing basic thrusting and stabbing attacks. Although these attacks are straightforward and highly telegraphed, players should be cautious not to be piled on by the Balancers. Players who allow themselves to be surrounded by many Balancers may find their movement restricted, creating unnecessary situations that can render the spear attacks difficult to avoid. Players should maintain proper spacing to prevent the Balancers from boxing them out, which is essential for surviving the early parts of the fight.

While the Balancer's melee attacks are predictable, several abilities require the attention of the players. One of these attacks is the Circle of Purification, an uninterruptible spell that begins with a Balancer channeling before releasing a circle of spears that move outward. The safest way to avoid this attack is to sprint away from the caster, then dodge roll toward them as the spears begin to move outward, slipping through the whole attack. Players should also be cautious of the Purifying Light, which is the long-range spell that the Balancers will use throughout the fight. Although it is slow and telegraphed, it can punish players who are distracted by the other Balancers.

For Phase 1, the most effective strategy is to lure individual Balancers away from the group and punish their recovery animations after successfully dodging their attacks. These Balancers can be staggered, allowing players to interrupt them consistently. If playing in a group, players can quickly isolate and overwhelm one Balancer at a time. Players should also maximize the opportunity to attack during the Circle of Purification, as players can freely hit the Balancer if they dodge the initial wave of spears while sticking close to the casting Balancer.

Phase 2

Once all seven Balancers are defeated, they will resurrect simultaneously and initiate Phase 2. One of the Balancers will stand out from the rest due to its pink wings, serving as the leader that directs the group of Balancers' coordinated attacks. Players should keep track of the leader Balancer, as it shows the clearest visual cues for predicting the patterns and timings of the group assaults.

In this phase, the Balancers retain their standard spear attacks but begin incorporating more dangerous attacks. At the direction of the leader, the Balancers may execute a series of diving attacks, either one at a time or all together. These dives leave glowing trails of light that explode shortly after, creating hazardous zones that restrict the players' movement and punish those stubborn enough who do not reposition quickly. Observing the positioning of the head Balancer will give players the best chance of anticipating the type of attack. The Balancers also gain access to the Purity of Lightning attack, an extremely damaging grab indicated by the spark forming on their left hands. When caught by the attack, players are rendered immobile and a Balancer will impale the player, dealing devastating damage.

During Phase 2, players are recommended to concentrate their attacks on the head Balancer when given the chance, as depleting its health will cause the other Balancers to be momentarily staggered, granting players a window to attack the other balancers freely. This stagger mechanic allows players to rapidly reduce the number of Balancers in Phase 2, avoiding being overwhelmed by their numbers.

Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia Attacks & Counters

Purifying Light

A Weapon-Bequeathed Harmonia channels a spell while its spear glows, sending out light that travels through the ground, generating spears that emerge from the ground. To evade the attack, players can move or dodge roll sideways to get out of the path of the spell.

Circle of Purification

Weapon-Bequeathed Harmonia assumes a lowered stance, channeling a spell that makes spears emerge in a circle around it. As soon as the spell is channeled, players can sprint out of the circle or time a dodge roll towards the boss as the spears emerge to retaliate as it recovers.

Spear Swipe

A Weapon-Bequeathed Harmonia teleports, then leaps in the direction of a player, swiping its spear across as it lands. When a Balancer leaps at the player, they can dodge roll towards the boss to avoid the swipe. Players may then retaliate by attacking once or twice, depending on their attack speed.

Spear Thrust

Balancer holds its spear blade-first, runs at its target, then thrusts its spear forward. Occasionally, a Balancer will do two consecutive Spear Thrusts. When a Balancer holds its spear horizontally, facing forward, players can strafe sideways or dodge roll to the side to avoid the Spear. Players may then circle towards the back of the Weapon-Bequeathed Harmonia to punish it as it recovers from the attack.

Double Spear Swipe

One of the Balancers will wind up its spear on the right, then swipe it across twice. Players can dodge roll towards the Balancer to get to its rear to avoid the second swipe and retaliate, or dodge roll away to get out of melee distance.

Purity of Lightning (Phase 2)

Balancer raises its left hand as it floats in the air, emitting light, then dives at the player using its lightning-imbued hand. If players are caught by the Purity of Lightning, they will be impaled with a large spear that emerges from the ground, then stabbed by a Balancer, dealing devastating damage. When the Balancer starts to dive at the player, they can dodge roll towards the Balancer to get to its rear and attack it from behind. The Lightning Dive can reach players from a significant distance, so players should be cautious even if they maintain a safe distance from the Balancers.

Harmonious Smite (Phase 2)

The main Balancer floats in the sky, then calls on all of the Balancers to group up and dive at a target one at a time. The Balancers will leave a trail of light that erupts after a short delay, damaging players caught stepping on them during the eruption. After all Balancers have dived, all the Balancers will then dive at the targeted player's location simultaneously, leaving more explosive trails. The main Balancer will then channel a spell that generates Spears raining down from the skies, causing explosions upon impact. Players should surge sprint away from the dashes and quickly get out of the trails' AoE before they explode, and move horizontally from the main Balancer to escape the path of the exploding spears. Rays of light will descend from the sky at an angle, indicating the area of effect for the spell. If you cannot escape in time, a dodge roll forwards (into the spears) can work, but is very risky and should be a last resort. Players should try to dodge early, as the spears travel too quickly to easily react to.

Dancing Spear (Phase 2)

The main Balancer's spear lights up, then swings it across as it glides towards its target and performs a flurry of attacks. The main Balancer will then float in the sky, performing multiple slashes that create crescent-shaped projectiles that damages anyone it touches. For the first part of the sequence, players can surge sprint away from the Balancer and escape the range of the slashes. Then, when the Balancer soars and sends three projectiles in the players' direction, they can dodge roll towards the projectile (or the Balancer) to evade the attacks.

Smite (Phase 2)

The main Balancer's left hand will glow, signaling the other Balancers to simultaneously dive at a player's location. As the Balancers dive, they will leave explosive trails that damage players, identical to the trails in the Purging Dive. The main Balancer will then use a Purity of Lightning as the trails explode. To avoid the attack, players can move away from the main Balancer as it calls on the others, as players will be able to see where the Balancers will dive, allowing them to time a dodge roll properly.

Purifying Blast (Phase 2)

The main Balancer floats out of the arena, then a single ray of light shows up. After a short delay, an explosion will occur, and the main Balancer will appear in the middle of the blast. Players can avoid the explosion by sprinting away from the ray as soon as it appears, or by dodge rolling through the blast to be able to retaliate against the Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia.

Absolution (Phase 2)

The main Balancer teleports all other Balancers to its location, then gets down on one knee while holding its spear up, then releases waves of Spears out of the ground, expanding outward. The spears erupt from the ground after around a second, and three more waves appear, each spawning further away than the last. Players can dodge the wave by anticipating and timing a dodge roll towards the Balancer, allowing them to counterattack for the rest of the attack sequence. Do not dodge backwards, as this could put you inside one of the spear waves.
The main Balancer casts a spell during this attack that increases the attack power of all Balancers. They can get up to 3 stacks of the buff depending on how many Balancers are currently alive (more alive = stronger buff).

Pouncing Combo (Phase 2)

The main Balancer summons a Purifying Light on the ground, backs up while it floats in the sky, then pounces directly at the player. The Balancer will then follow up with a flurry of thrusts, with a diving attack as the finisher. Players can dodge the initial Purifying Light by rolling sideways, then sprinting away from the main Balancer to be able to dodge the pounce more easily. Then, players should keep a safe distance away from the Balancer until it performs the final attack.

Pulverizing Slams (Phase 2)

The main Balancer imbues its spear with magic, slams it onto the ground repeatedly, then slashes upward as it turns around. It will then slam its spear one final time, then pull it out of the ground, creating a fissure around it that damages players. Players can attempt to dodge this attack by dodge rolling the initial hit, then staying behind the Balancer. As the main Balancer pulverizes the ground, players can counterattack until they have to dodge roll the upward slash and the final sequence.

Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia Everdark Sovereign Fight Strategy

Everdark Sovereign Harmonia Fight Overview

The Everdark Sovereign variant of Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia begins similarly to the base version of the encounter. During the first phase, players must defeat all seven Balancers to progress. Everdark Harmonia will use basic spear attacks and occasionally cast spells, such as the Circle of Purification. The Everdark Balancers encountered here will have relatively low health and can be easily staggered or interrupted, allowing players to defeat each one quickly. Players should position themselves in a way to lure out and eliminate the Balancers one at a time, minimizing the risk of being overwhelmed by multiple enemies at once.

After all seven Balancers are defeated, the encounter will transition into the second phase. The Balancers resurrect simultaneously, bearing a more grotesque appearance, with visibly disfigured flesh hanging from their bodies. At the start of this phase, a single Everdark Balancer will emit a loud shriek and immediately charge toward a player, initiating an assault. Shortly after the first Everdark Balancer charges, the remaining Balancers activate in succession, each shrieking before engaging. In this phase, the Everdark Balancers will use more aggressive attacks, such as rapid flurries of spear strikes and long-reaching charging thrusts.

Unlike the base variant of the Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia encounter, the second phase of the Everdark Sovereign fight will not feature a head Balancer with additional attacks or a distinct appearance. Instead, all Everdark Balancers share similar health values, comparable ot those in the first phase, allowing them to be defeated in a few hits. Despite their low health, their increased aggression and stronger attacks require players to be more defensive, carefully avoiding incoming attacks before committing to retaliate.

After defeating all Everdark Balancers in the second phase, the fight enters its final stage. Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia will transform into a massive leviathan-like beast, performing attacks inspired by aquatic movement. In this form, Everdark Harmonia can dive into the ground, creating shockwaves that ripple across the battlefield, and briefly burrow before resurfacing to unleash barrages of spears raining down from above. During this stage, players will still have to fight the Everdark Balancers from the second phase as the leviathan disappears, which becomes more difficult due to the onslaught of the leviathan. The combined pressure from the leviathan's AoE attacks and the Everdark Balancersaggressive behavior makes the final phase significantly more difficult than the first two phases.

Phase 1

At the start of the boss encounter with the Everdark Balancers, players will have to face the seven Balancers, identical to the first phase of the standard Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia fight. Each Balancer wields a spear and uses basic thrusting and lunging attacks, which are heavily telegraphed. Compared to the later phases of the fight, the first phase will be easy, giving players large windows to fight back and stagger the seven Balancers.

Players can safely bait attacks, lure out a single Balancer at a time, then overwhelm them if playing in a party. Focusing on one Balancer at a time is the most reliable approach, allowing players to steadily reduce their numbers. Positioning is still important in this phase, as multiple Balancers can quickly surround careless players and chain their attacks to deal devastating damage and waste the players' resources.

Phase 2

Once all seven Balancers are defeated, the fight will abruptly shift. One of the Balancers lying down will tear its face apart, triggering a transformation that stains the arena and covers up the screen to change the environment. The Everdark Balancers will re-emerge as bloodlusted and disfigured, gaining access to more aggressive attacks.

At the beginning of this phase, a single Balancer will let out a shriek before charging at a player in frenzy. Almost immediately afterward, the remaining six Balancers will also shriek and rush in. Players should prioritize eliminating the first charging Balancer as quickly as possible to not only reduce their numbers, but to also stagger the remaining Balancers to make them vulnerable to attacks. These disfigured Balancers will have relatively low health, making it possible for players to quickly reduce their numbers before they completely overwhelm the players.

Despite their low health, the Everdark Balancers are dangerous when they are clumped up in a group due to their deadlier attacks. Their new attacks include fast spear rushes and Impaling Assaults that can be difficult to avoid if a Balancer moves off-screen. Players should maintain awareness of the enemies' positions, as being caught between multiple Balancers can quickly lead to heavy damage or even death. One key mechanic in this phase is that defeating an Everdark Balancer briefly staggers the remaining ones, creating a short window to attack. Players are strongly encouraged to focus their attacks on a single Balancer to slowly reduce their numbers.

The Everdark Balancers may also gain a temporary damage buff after successfully connecting their attack to a player. While the buff is applied to them, they will gradually lose health over time, although it will be insignificant. Players should not rely on the DoT, and should instead prioritize playing defensively until a safe opportunity to retaliate arises.

Phase 3

After six of the Everdark Balancers are defeated, the final Balancer transforms into a leviathan-like creature that wields the Balancers' spear. After transforming, it will immediately leap into the air and crash down, sending shockwaves outward from the point of impact. Players should sprint away as soon as the transformation begins to have enough space to time a dodge roll or jump over the shockwaves.

During this phase, the leviathan Everdark Harmonia will incorporate the final portion of the Harmonious Smite attack, causing barrages of spears to rain down in a straight line. Players can safely avoid this attack by positioning themselves within the first wave of spear impacts, as the spears will not strike in the same area. This creates brief openings to either attack sparingly or reset as the boss finishes the sequence. Most of the leviathan's attacks will zone players away, and its high mobility allows it to disengage or dodge the players' attacks.

The phase ends with the leviathan's signature attack, Blood Bloom. The leviathan will stand still as its head opens like a blooming flower, then begin channeling a spell that causes blood to erupt from its body, rapidly inflicting hemorrhage status effect elden ring wiki guide 25pxBlood Loss buildup on all players. Once the attack sequence finishes, the leviathan will disappear, and the fight resets to the second phase, wherein players will have to fight the seven Everdark Balancers. This cycle will repeat until Everdark Harmonia is defeated.

During Blood Bloom, all players should immediately focus their attacks on the leviathan to attempt to stagger it. Successfully interrupting the spell will cancel the attack entirely, allowing players to avoid the attack and to also cycle back to the Second Phase.

Weapon Bequeathed Harmonia Everdark Sovereign Attacks & Counters

Circle of Purification

Weapon-Bequeathed Harmonia assumes a lowered stance, channeling a spell that makes spears emerge in a circle around it. As soon as the spell is channeled, players can sprint out of the circle or time a dodge roll towards the boss as the spears emerge to retaliate as it recovers.

Spear Swipe

Weapon-Bequeathed Harmonia teleports, then leaps in the direction of a player, swiping its spear across as it lands.

An Everdark Balancer raises its left hand as it floats in the air, emitting light, then dives at the player using its lightning-imbued hand. If the Purity of Lightning catches players, they will be impaled with a large spear that emerges from the ground, then stabbed by a Balancer, dealing devastating damage. When the Balancer starts to dive at the player, they can dodge roll towards the Balancer to get to its rear and attack it from behind. The Lightning Dive can reach players from a significant distance, so players should be cautious even if they maintain a safe distance from the Balancers.

Rabid Slashes (Phase 2)

An Everdark Balancer lifts its spear, then performs multiple slashes as it moves forward. For this attack, players should distance themselves from the aggressive Balancer by dodge rolling away during the attack and maintaining their distance, as the attack will be hard to predict if they stick to the Balancer. Dodging should be the priority, as it can be difficult to retaliate in between attacks.

Leaping Dive (Phase 3)

The leviathan Balancer leaps high in the air, then dives toward the ground, creating a shockwave that travels outward. When the leviathan Balancer leaps, players should spring away from it, making it easier to dodge the shockwave by dodge rolling or jumping towards the shockwave as it passes towards the player.

Spear Barrage (Phase 3)

The leviathan Balancer holds its spear up as it glows, channeling a barrage of spears to rain down on the sky, traveling in a straight line where it faces. There will then be more barrages of spears that will travel parallel to the initial wave. Players can avoid the attack by dodge rolling towards the first barrage of spears as it passes to avoid the following waves.

Purification Waves (Phase 3)

The Everdark Balancer burrows for a short time, emerges, then swipes its spear multiple times, emitting waves of light that travel in front of it that damage players hit by the projectile. Players can dodge the attack by timing the dodge rolls as they hit, jumping above the light waves, or by strafing to the sides if they are far from the leviathan.

Blood Bloom (Phase 3)

The Everdark Balancer stands still with the top of its head wide open. Its head will then cause blood around it to explode, inflicting hemorrhage status effect elden ring wiki guide 25pxBlood Loss and damaging nearby players. After Blood Bloom, the leviathan will transform back to the seven bloodlusted Everdark Balancers. When players see the Everdark Balancer channeling the Blood Bloom attack, they have to try to stagger the boss by attacking it, cancelling the whole Blood Bloom sequence.

Slithering Attack (Phase 3)

The leviathan Everdark Balancer quickly slithers around the battlefield, damaging players colliding with its body. At the end of the attack, the leviathan Balancer will then burrow again, damaging players near it. As soon as the Everdark Balancer moves around the battlefield, players are recommended to move away from it and dodge roll away if it will collide with the player. The boss can be hard to chase during this attack, so players should look to avoid the attack instead of looking for an opening to retaliate.

Impaling Assault (Phase 3)

An Everdark Balancer jumps up as its spear glows, then dives toward the ground as it slams its spear. It will then repeat the sequence two more times, with the third one being delayed. Players hit with the attack will be inflicted with hemorrhage status effect elden ring wiki guide 25pxBlood Loss buildup. Players can time their dodge rolls as the boss slams the ground, allowing them to counterattack after the third slam.

Pro tip for the boss: Ignore the sleep camps. Just focus on getting better loot and more runes to level up. They are immune to sleep, I litteraly tried out ironeye with a sleep bow(23 buildup per hit), and I swear neither of those women were taking a nap

As a form of honor and vengeance, I tried killing them solo with Ironeye and Wylder. I highly recommend getting a rot/poison weapon for them, since then you don't have to take your chances and can just keep dodging instead

I thought Dark Souls wikis were bad after experiencing Elden Rings.

This game's wiki is even worse. It's been months, and we still don't have any details on this boss. Everyone just randoms information about what it's weak against. Is it holy? could be. is it magic? could be.

Back in the day, real Souls fans made fun of DS2 for its gank fights. Nowadays, fake fans simp over the B-team shitting out the least imaginative gank in the entire franchise. The everdark should have just been 100 of them since at least then it would've been funny instead of the most boring roll spam I've ever done.

The demon duo is easily the most bs night boss in the game, there isn't nearly enough space to compensate for the two of them, and if you kite one the other just spams ranged explosions or poison breath or randomly attacks you head on when you can't even see it because of how huge they are. Lorian and Lothric would have been miles better as a night 2 boss and I was really hoping they would be when the dlc was announced but it is what it is I guess.

I just had a D5 run where they healed. Like they were at half HP and went back to 100% three times. There was no lag on my screen but someone disconnected and reconnected once. I honestly haven't fought these guys a lot because people quit out so often at load in. Is there some mechanic I'm not aware of or was this just really weird desync?

I swear I've fought this boss dozens of times with sleep weapons and I've only seen a balancer fall asleep 1 time in total. I've just fought them in trios a few minutes ago. All of us had +30 sleep weapons. Nothing.

*me as Ironeye shooting 15 arrows just to proc sleep in one of them right before their health is completely empty anyway*

I actually really love fighting this boss solo. Like any boss in the game at first it's hard until you understand combat flow. My roommate is a Raider main and acts like it's impossible so I tried it myself (I play duchess or Wylder for reference) and found them all super easy when I was running dormant fist + evergaol + atk up when holding 3 fists. You can afford to be aggressive and dodge the aoe's when your weapon is less committal.

                    • Anonymous

Gonna be honest, I first tried this one with my friend both as Wylder just hammering away and dodging.
My recommendation is to ignore the sleep damage, it never procs. Focus one at a time, but never let damage be your priority. Evading should be your #1 focus.
Make sure you do not use Holy weapons at all cost (+30% resistance), and you should be fine. I dual wielded Godfrey's Hammer while my friend dual wielded bleed greatswords.
Ultimately this comes down to dodging and communication. While I found it easy, I also had the best shifting earth (Castle) with a get out of jail free card and a lot of pots to spare. I can absolutely see where the frustration comes it.

first good gank boss ever made by fromsoft. the individual balances aren't insanely aggressive and they usually take turns so attacks dont overlap too much. the long range attacks make a distinct loud soud and are very telegraphed too. no offscreen 2 frame leap attack oneshot bs like gladius

Their raid is legitimately the most useless raid on the planet. I have gotten it 7 out of the last 14 matches I have played and I've never gotten downed until night two boss and it has NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER resurrected me! The amount of matches I have lost when my teammates are three bars but alive and I mess up one dodge, the only one down at one bar and it never procs and my teammates get hit by some high damage one-shot attack! IT ruins night one progression, keeps you low level with no weapon passives built up.... Completely useless. Best case you beat them at level three and get to lvl 9 night one with good weapon passives. That scenario has only happened in one of my 7 runs.

                            Worst normal boss in game
gank fest with INSTA AOE+ malenia combo.
THEY READ YOUR INPUTS and just dash or teleport from your attacks.
I killed pre-nerfed radann faster than those ****.
                            Screw scholar quest.

                            • After 10+ deaths for the Enhanced, I found that (SOLO Duchess) using the good ol' RoB is very effective against this biath: simply use its L2 skill and it will delete them in 2 secs each. I switched the shifting earth event into Crater and upgraded it into Legend. Defeating the prior Day bosses, I got really lucky I got the dormant power of both HP and FP regen upon successive attacks (and also reduce FP consumption). I only used 1 shard for the entire 10 mins fight. Talking about new year present eh! I was really frustrated with this boss since the last 4 days kept losing to it and I pferer to play it solo.

Only the primary Valkyrie should have a grab attack. The getting grabbed to lose 50-100% of your HP from off screen constantly is just whack.

the most fucking bullshit boss for solo, i literally got grab camping everytime my wending grace revive me out of fucking nowhere i get fucking grab from a mile away the boss is not even that bad if they implemented a better ganking system

"Attacks Inflict Sleep" +30 is just absolute garbage and dysfunctional. Hammering away like 20 times with it and not even a single proc. Bullshit man

                                    • Anonymous

I honestly don't understand how people are beating this boss and saying it's easy. I've been pounding my head against this wall for a week. I've tried blocking the physical damage, I've tried sleep, I've gone in at level 14-15 with good teams with legendary weapons and the Noklateo buff. It's like everyone is playing a different boss than me because none of the advice I've read has gotten me past like 2/3 of her health so far. I'm at the point where I'm about to just give up. I've cleared the base game, and life's too short for this.

I had a game where all of the balancers turned into their purple variant halfway through the fight is that a glitch or what?

                                        • Anonymous

all of there attacks deal physical damage even the holy looking ones you can block all of them just like what the Anonymous under me said

                                          • Anonymous

If you're scared of the big spear rain attack at the start of phase 2, it deals pure physical damage meaning that any weapon can block it and you will take no damage at all. You can also roll it obviously, but blocking is significantly easier.

Anyone know how long sleep puts them out for? I used it on a few of them and it seemed to last a pretty long time

                                              • Anonymous

Guardian can kind of dominate them since their output of non-physical damage is next to nothing. Just watch for the grabs and keep as many in your field of view as possible and you're golden.

                                                • Bleed Resist seems extremely high on both the Minis and the Mega. Bleed Grease with a Black Bow with Bleed and it only procced once on the Mini one right before it died from regular damage
