Desecrated Hot Spring is a Myth in Nioh 3. In the Desecrated Hot Spring, the player must find the secret hot spring that a soul claims heals wounds. Myths in Nioh 3 are story quests that consist of granting a request from the shadows of the deceased that can be completed to earn rewards. Myths are not required to reach the ending, but completing them will reward the player with various items that can help boost their character's progression or reveal secret locations.

Finding the mythical Hot Spring
After talking to the soul of a deceased warrior near the Cape Cavern shrine, go through the cavern entrance nearby and follow the path — as you walk along the cavern, you will find a crouch hole on the right. Go inside to find a large chest containing a Samurai's Text along with an Elixir and random pieces from the Irregular Troop Set and Rogue Set.
Recapturing an Enemy Base
Then, head deeper into the cavern to find an Enemy Base in which you must defeat a total of six enemies in the area. Head up the stairs to your west to get to the hot spring, and you will encounter a Shunobon. Once it is defeated, you may head on the northwestern side of the structure to find a corpse containing x2 Ochoko Cup, a random piece from the Heirloom Set, and a Fan.
Go inside the structure to find a Gaki by the wall on the northwestern corner, then pick up the Small Spirit Stone and an Omamori from a corpse. Head to the south of the structure to find a path, and you will have to face two Gaki and a Shunobon roaming the area. Once they are defeated, keep following the path to find an Enki stationed at the Hot Spring.
Defeat the yokai to capture the Enemy Base, and you will find that the soul you talked to earlier is by the hot spring. Talk to the soul, and the Desecrated Hot Sprinng myth will be completed. You will receive a Fan and a Samurai's Locks for completing the myth.
