Fan is an Accessory in Nioh 3. Fan improves Ki recovery and provides light elemental protection, ideal for maintaining stamina during extended combat. Accessories are wearable equipment that can be an Amulet, Fan, or Curved Beads that give various Stats, passive effects, and other combat advantages. Nioh 3 Accessories have different rarities, and higher quality grant more special effects. Players can equip up to 2 Accessories in their Equipment loadout.
How to Get Fan in Nioh 3
- Obtained as a reward for completing the myth, Desecrated Hot Spring.
- This weapon may be dropped by Cavern Ascetic in Maisaka.
- May be dropped by enemies in Lake Sanaru.
- May be dropped by enemies in Hamamatsu Hill.
- May be dropped by enemies in Futamata Road.
- May be dropped by enemies in Futamata.
- May be dropped by enemies and corpses in Iinoya.
- May be obtained from corpses in Mikatagahara.

- Fixed Special Effects can be easily identified by

For each rarity, the range of the Base Defense will increase, and the accessory will grant the following:
- Common rarity will grant one random Special Effects
- Uncommon rarity will grant two random Special Effects
- Rare rarity will grant two random Special Effects
- Exotic rarity can grant up to three random Special Effects
