Stats or Core Stats in Nioh 3 are player values that affect various Characteristics and Attributes. Stats are tied to the character level, and you can raise your Core Stats by going to the Shrine, and using the Level Up menu. Core Stats require Amrita, or the currency you earn from defeating Bosses and Enemies. Raising your stats also affect other attributes like weapon damage, maximum Health, Ki Recovery, and other Samurai-focused, or Ninja-focused stats.

Stats Guide in Nioh 3

How Do Stats Work in Nioh 3?

Stats in Nioh 3 are directly tied to the player's level. Each time you increase any of the seven (7) core stats, your Level will also be raised by one level. You can see this in the Level Up menu, and you can see a preview of all the changes that will affect your character stats with each increase. The left side portion of the screen will show the list of Core Stats, Impacted Weapons, Current Level, Total Amrita, and Amrita needed for the next level. On the right side, you will see the General Stats & Attributes, Samurai Stats, and Ninja Stats. Take note that some core stats will greatly affect one style over the other. For example, during the Alpha Demo, we have noted that raising your Stamina by 1 point will do the following:

  • Weight Limit Increased by 1.1 for Samurai vs Weight Limit Increased by 0.3 for Ninja
  • Current Encumbrance reduced by 2.1 for Samurai vs Current Encumbrance reduced by 0.4 for Ninja
  • +25 to Life

To increase your level and core stats, you also need to spend Amrita. The Amrita is a currency collected by defeating Enemies and Bosses, completing Main Missions, and Side Missions. You can also find some Amrita by opening treasure chests or interacting with corpses and environmental factors. Once you have enough Amrita, you can level up by going to the Level Up option on the Shrine menu. The cost for leveling up will go higher as you increase your level.

  • You will unlock the option to reset your stats by progressing the story or after completing Crucible Manifested.

Constitution diminishes to 25 per at level 10. Just like the other two Nioh. It stays flat 25 all the way to 99 after that, making it the best stat as you get into late game. Similarly most stats you can push to 10 and that will be enough with the exception of Stamina which you need for wearing heavy armor. You want that initially to 10, then slowly raise it to 15, then 20 as needed to ensure you can wear full heavy armor for max defense. More than 20 Stamina is not necessary imo, unless a specific gear needs it.

Similar to Nioh 1 and 2, Magic is the actual damage done by Omnyo. Intellect is the duration of it's effect. So if you buff your weapon with fire Magic will make it hit harder, while Intellect will keep the buff on your weapon up longer. Meaning you have to use less talismans to keep it active.

Noticed omnyo magic power dont seem to do much at all magic also dont buff atk it only really gives more slots for ying so basicly dump stat

Under ki damage strength is misspelled.
Under effect duration it's listed as magic instead of intellect.
            Thanks!
