Triple Triumph is a Myth in Nioh 3. In Triple Triumph, the player must defeat Minamoto no Yoshitsune in a duel. Myths in Nioh 3 are story quests that consist of granting a request from the shadows of the deceased that can be completed to earn rewards. Myths are not required to reach the ending, but completing them will reward the player with various items that can help boost their character's progression or reveal secret locations.
Minamoto no Yoshitsune has been training at Mount Kurama and wishes to cross blades with me. It seems he is trying to grasp something he feels is missing. He allowed me to see a different side of himself, and so I will answer his challenge.
How to Unlock Triple Triumph Myth in Nioh 3
- After completing the myth, Thoughts Bequeathed, Triple Triumph will automatically unlock, directing you to Minamoto no Yoshitsune. Talk to Yoshitsune in Mount Kurama to start the myth. [Nioh 3 Map]

Full Triple Triumph Mission Walkthrough
Duel with Minamoto no Yoshitsune
After unlocking Triple Triumph, head to Mount Kurama and talk to Minamoto no Yoshitsune [Nioh 3 Map]. He will then tell you that he is a worthy sparring partner and will ask you to have a duel. Choose to enter the fray, and you will be in an instanced version of Mount Kurama.
For the next objective of the myth, you will have to beat Minamoto no Yoshitsune in a friendly duel. This boss uses flurries of spinning attacks, and he can also use spells while standing on the structures around the battlefield, quickly jumping to another one. Once Yoshitsune is defeated, he can drop several pieces of equipment, such as random pieces from the Iga Jonin Set, Swallowtail Set, and other items, such as a Mikazuki Munechika. Interact with him to exit the instance, and Triple Triumph will be completed. You will be rewarded with Samurai's Locks, Usumidori, Minamoto's Greaves, and Onzoshi Gauntlets.
