Konaki-Jiji is an Enemy in Nioh 3. Konaki-Jiji is an Old Man Yokai that uses its size to pretend to be a baby and kill their victims by increasing its weight to inhuman amounts. Enemies are the hostile creatures and characters that the player will encounter while exploring the world and completing Missions. Enemies also drop items when killed that can contribute to the player's progression. 

Konaki-Jiji is a yokai from the Shikoku region who take the form of an old man. Using its wails that resemble the crying of a baby, it tricks passing humans into picking it up, thinking that it is an abandoned child. Once picked up, it grows as heavy as a rock, clinging to the human until they are crushed under its weight. The Shikoku region also has tales of a strange stone known as the Oppasho Stone that tempts and then crushes people in a similar way, causing speculations that the yokai and this stone must be released.
