Bishamon Spear is a Spear in Nioh 3. The Spear is a long blade with a pointy end that is used to stab Enemies and Bosses. The Spear is a Samurai-style weapon, and can only be used when the Samurai fighting style is active. All Weapons in Nioh 3 also come with their own Skill Tree, which can provide Martial Arts for Samurai and Ninjutsu (Ninja Skills) for Ninja.
A spear favored by Urabe no Suetake. The weapon is said to have been granted to Suetake's ancestors in answer to their prayers to the deity Vaisravana (known as Bishamonten in Japan) for success in their quest to hunt down an evil demon. Vaisravana is often depicted holding a two-storied pagoda housing sacred texts in its left hand, and a jeweled staff or spear in the other. While the non-lethal jeweled staff, used to punish enemies of Buddhism, represents Vaisravana's role as a protector of the religion's teachings, the spear is strongly associated with his standing as a god of war.
