Accessories are wearable equipment that can be an Amulet, Fan, or Curved Beads that give various Stats, passive effects, and other combat advantages. Nioh 3 Accessories have different rarities, and higher quality grant more special effects. Players can equip up to 2 Accessories in their Equipment loadout.

For each rarity, the range of the Base Defense will increase, and the accessory will grant the following:
- Common rarity will grant one random Special Effects
- Uncommon rarity will grant two random Special Effects
- Rare rarity will grant two random Special Effects
- Exotic rarity can grant up to three random Special Effects
