Merciful Switchglaive is a Switchglaive in Nioh 3. Switchglaives are a versatile weapon that can be switched in different forms to deal with Enemies and Bosses. The Switchglaives are a Samurai-style weapon, and can only be used when the Samurai fighting style is active. All Weapons in Nioh 3 also come with their own Skill Tree, which can provide Martial Arts for Samurai and Ninjutsu (Ninja Skills) for Ninja.

The preferred weapon of Ii Naotora, head of the Ii clan. The weapon is characterized by the great length of its blade, and magatama designs ornament the guard.

• Merciful Switchglaive is impacted by Skill, Intellect, and Magic. The stat with the highest value will affect your attack greatly, the next highest will affect it slightly, and the lowest will have a minimal effect.
• Merciful Switchglaive can be used with the Samurai Style.
• Merciful Switchglaive's Base Attack is directly impacted by its level, rarity, and the player's Stats.
• Unlike Armor and Accessories, Weapons such as Merciful Switchglaive, DO NOT require a certain amount of Stats to activate their Special Effects.
• Weapons also DON'T have a weight value.
