Flowing Mist is a Weapon Skill from the Sword Skill Tree in Nioh 3. Want to aura farm? Want to else get free punish windows on a conveyor belt? Here's your answer. Any humans - bosses included - are pretty much susceptible. You can combo this into, for example, a fully revved up Blue Moon when the enemies are downed, to get good damage and its damage buff off (without early cancels as often is the case). Other examples apply. The timing is pretty trivial if you have confidence in your deflection-game anyway.
