Silver Tear is a Relic in Nightreign. Silver Tear is a unique relic that is acquired for completing the Wylder's Remembrance Quest, it is a relic that provides effects for the Wylder and can be slotted into red colored vessel slots of the equipped chalice.  Relics are permanent rewards earned by Nightfarers after each successful or unsuccessful expedition, these relics randomly generate passive benefits that can apply bonuses or effects to various aspects of a Nightfarer's stats, skills, and combat. Managing Relics can be done by conducting a relic rite via the Relic Rites area in the Roundtable Hold. Relics used in rites are not consumed and can be repeatedly used in later relic rites. The Relic Rite menu can be accessed directly from the Roundtable Hold menu.

A kernel of life that straddles the living and inanimate. Also known as a Larval Tear.

Once, in the Lands Between, it was said to have granted one a new form.

The +3 arcane is complete dogshit, we'll be honest. But the other two effects are really OP actually, I tried out a solo run with this thing and it seemed like I always had a ultimate charged up when I needed one (:

Is +3 arc really THAT strong? Mere 3 points barely do anything in base Elden Ring unless stuff have S scaling in arc. I use this on my wylder but I still don't feel any difference in status build up

Wylder's earring relic is so good it's kind of crazy that this one exists. Like it's not terrible but needing to beat the final boss with an intentionally wasted slot in order to finish the story is a wild decision.

But it is funny tho, I can't stay mad at them

Love using this with night of the miasma since very few bosses are immune to frost and this makes it build up fast

This relic is like those rng relics that you get
Almost perfect but one effect is borderline useless on the character

So...I got the silver tear and after getting back to roundtable hold and rapping up the remembrance it wouldn't let me equip the silver tear. Do I have to beat the Night aspect and get the first ending for him to equip it or...?

+3 arcane doesn't seem to be very useful on wylder, until you realize arc doesn't increase at all through leveling. What you get is what you get, so having a relic that just gives you a +3 is actually a pretty huge deal. Weapons like eleanora's poleblade and status effects proc insanely fast. Even if you have poison or bleed on a larger weapon like a greatsword, they tend to have more build up to compensate for their slower attack speeds

Not sure how much this fills when activating Sixth Sense but I couldn't notice any amount. +Ultimate Art Gauge +3 only reduces passive Ult charge times by about ~9%, stacking 2 relics with +3 Ult Art Gauge brings Wylders Ult from ~337 seconds down to ~279 of straight waiting. It doesn't seem to affect the rate you gain Ult from attacking at all, which makes Ult Art Gauge kinda trash imo. With all that and the seemingly useless Arcane tossed onto it, this relic seems not all that great.

Such a disappointing relic for wylder late into their story. Doesn't really benefit him at all. Better off getting Ultimate gauge +3 from another relic.
