Leather Monocle Case is a Relic in Nightreign. The Leather Monocle Case is a brand-new unique relic introduced with The Forsaken Hollows DLC. It can be equipped by the Undertaker and can be obtained by progressing through Undertaker's Remberance Quest. Relics are permanent rewards earned by Nightfarers after each successful or unsuccessful expedition, these relics randomly generate passive benefits that can apply bonuses or effects to various aspects of a Nightfarer's stats, skills, and combat. Managing Relics can be done by conducting a relic rite via the Relic Rites area in the Roundtable Hold. Relics used in rites are not consumed and can be repeatedly used in later relic rites. The Relic Rite menu can be accessed directly from the Roundtable Hold menu.
A well-worn leather case for storing a monocle. The scuffs and crease marks are proof of its owner's adoration.
The Scholar left evidence of his own death to the Undertaker. It was the always-candid Scholar's form of a farewell.
"Now...what do I do?"

AnonymousIt's good don't get me wrong but it's kind of an over commitment, sealed RNG is really wonky, and sometimes finding one is a gamble without a dormant power.
I prefer the attack up from chain attacks, it increases all damage rather then just physical and can be instantly reapplied in the middle of combat rather then needing some downtime (and a bit of fp) every 60s to reapply it.
AnonymousDo Ashes of War work? Or must the incantation be casted from a seal?

just checked, this only lasts like 60 seconds regardless of incantation buff. I tested with both black flame blade and poison armament.
for black flame blade, it continues even after the incantation ends. for poison armament, it ends before the incantation ends
AnonymousDoes extended spell duration include incantation duration? Also, does it extend the trace ability?

AnonymousEssentially turns every assisting incantation to a personal golden vow, pretty neat

AnonymousWhat does this description even mean? What assist effect for incantation is it talking about? Trance?

the game is cursed, as soon as I put on this relic, I somehow get a buff incantation only every ~4 runs. Rest are just damage spells
