Thunderous Cestuses is a Cestus in Nioh 3. Cestuses are ancient short-ranged combat gloves, wrapped around the hands used to deal damage to Enemies and Bosses. The Cestuses is a Samurai-style weapon, and can only be used when the Samurai fighting style is active. All Weapons in Nioh 3 also come with their own Skill Tree, which can provide Martial Arts for Samurai and Ninjutsu (Ninja Skills) for Ninja.
A pair of cestuses imbued with the power of a raging storm. It is said that a single blow delivered by these cestuses is equal in force to being hit by a hundred thunderbolts. The source of this power is unclear, but some claim that the weapons are blessed by the fierce thunder god of a distant land.
Nioh 3 Thunderous Cestuses Weapon General Information
- Thunderous Cestuses is impacted by Heart, Stamina, Strength. The stat with the highest value will affect your attack greatly, the next highest will affect it slightly, and the lowest will have a minimal effect.
- Thunderous Cestuses can be used with the Samurai Style.
- Thunderous Cestuses's Base Attack is directly impacted by its level, rarity, and the player's Stats.
- Unlike Armor and Accessories, Weapons such as Thunderous Cestuses, DO NOT require a certain amount of Stats to activate their Special Effects.
- Weapons also DON'T have a weight value.
- Thunderous Cestuses are not part of a set.
For each rarity of Thunderous Cestuses, will grant the following:
- Common rarity will grant one random Special Effects
- Uncommon rarity will grant two random Special Effects
- Rare rarity will grant two random Special Effects
- Exotic rarity can grant up to three random Special Effects
- Divine rarity will grant a Divine Grace to any Divine Armor, Melee or Ranged Weapon. They will receive one of the divine graces as long as they aren't already a part of a Set Bonus.
Familiarity:
- Indicates how much you have used an item. The higher your familiarity, the stronger an item's abilities, and the more Amrita you will obtain when you offer the item at a shrine.
