Head Ninja's Splitstaff is a Splitstaff in Nioh 3. Splitstaves are staff-like weapons that can separate into two distinct weapons (like short staffs or blades) or function as a single, longer pole, offering flexibility for different combat ranges and style to deal damage to Enemies and Bosses. The Splitstaves is a Ninja-style weapon, and can only be used when the Ninja fighting style is active. All Weapons in Nioh 3 also come with their own Skill Tree, which can provide Martial Arts for Samurai and Ninjutsu (Ninja Skills) for Ninja.

These leaders would command ninja armies, but rarely engaged in any combat themselves, even when serving in a daimyo's war campaign. The weapons wielded by these leaders are typically highly ornate, utilizing damascening or materials such as gold to convey the leader's majesty.
