Considering her and her crew have extra attack it seems it's best not to pursue this encounter until level 5. Most likely after you have rescued Halsin and cleared most of the starting area.

Can be targeted by Speak With Dead, but won't speak to party members that participated in killing her.
Went to creche before I knew this character existed. Went back to find her and she's not where she's supposed to be, guess I missed her by going to mountain pass, lame, I still see the Dragon shadow around but not her
