- After showing her support to you, Okta offers you a bowl of what she's cooking. Of several option picking "A bowl of grey goo. Reminds me of home" will result in Okta giving you two bowls of Gruel (3d4 healing).

This NPC used to offer a merchant option. It's gone now but she is still listed as a merchant on the map for some reason.
There is a non race/background specific answer that grants 2 bowls as well.

All of my present party members had it available except Gale, but he was the (last) one to ask and right after the char that used that line. So maybe you can use that line just once regardless of the party member.
