Divine Beast Warrior | Elden Ring Wiki
Divine Beast Warrior is a Humanoid Enemy in Elden Ring. Divine Beast Warrior is a new enemy that was exclusively added to the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Three can be found in Enir-Ilim, two-handing a Horned Warrior's Greatsword and harnessing an element to attack (Ice, Wind or Lightning). They swing their weapons relentlessly, dealing incredible damage and giving you almost no chance to retaliate. They can withstand even the heaviest of attacks without flinching, that would send other enemies flying.
They are recognizable for their iconic Divine Beast Helm, a smaller version of the Divine Beast Head that allows them to channel divinity. Upon entering combat they hover in the air and roar, channeling divinity before unleashing an elemental attack. This gives you a moment to prepare before they assault you with their incredible strength, speed and endurance.

Divine Beast Warrior Notes & Tips
- These enemies are notably tough and difficult to stance break. They can very easily deal massive damage to players with their elemental attacks. Caution is advised.
- They will respawn upon resting or dying, with the exception of the Wind-Aspect one outside the Cleansing Chamber Anteroom Site of Grace.
- The first one that can be encountered, the Lightning-Aspect one, can be cheesed by entering the room underneath it and using the Mohgwyn's Sacred Spear skill Bloodboon Ritual to kill it.
- Repeatedly using the Sacred Relic Sword's skill Wave of Gold from its maximum distance before they notice you can kill them before they reach you.
- They are fairly susceptible to status, particularly Sleep, which will stagger them out of their attack combos.
- Parrying is a viable strategy, though do take note of their attack timings.
