Great Horned Tragoth is an Enemy in Elden Ring. He is one of the Tarnished assassination targets assigned to Patches by the Volcano Manor. You can find the summon sign to invade his world in Ruin-Strewn Precipice. All NPC Invaders and invadable NPCs can be found here. He is also an NPC Summon against Draconic Tree Sentinel, Magma Wyrm Makar and Starscourge Radahn.

Tragoth is a famed knight of assistance. Countless Tarnished, facing adversity in the Lands Between, have survived thanks only to the Great Horned One's aid.

You can invade Great Horned Tragoth at Ruin-Strewn Precipice Overlook inside Magma Wyrm Makar's boss room after resting at the grace inside the boss room.

His weapon is equipped with Ash of War: Ground Slam.
Tragoth can be summoned to assist in the Magma Wyrm Makar boss battle in Ruin-Strewn Precipice if you have not assassinated him as part of Patches' quest.
Tragoth can be summoned to assist in the Starscourge Radahn boss battle if you have not assassinated him as part of Patches' quest.
Tragoth can be summoned to assist in the Draconic Tree Sentinel boss battle at the Capital Outskirts if you have not assassinated him as part of Patches' quest.
His name is probably a reference to the Greek word "tragos", which translates to "goat".
