All codes are one-time use and may potentially expire in the future. New codes will also be added to the map in upcoming updates, so we will keep this article updated as they roll out.

As of the time of writing, no codes have expired for Kick the Lucky Block in Fortnite.
How to Use Codes in Fortnite Kick the Lucky Block
To redeem your codes in Kick the Lucky Block, first head to the Codes terminal, with one located at every base. Interact with the terminal and manually type in the code you would like to redeem, then hit enter to claim it. Upon doing so, your rewards will be distributed instantly.
If you are awarded a Brainrot, it will be added to your inventory, which you will then need to place in your base to use it. If you receive a Lucky Block, place it in your base and interact with it to open it, giving you a chance to obtain a random Brainrot.
As mentioned before, all codes in Kick the Lucky Block are one-time use and cannot be redeemed again, even if you join a different server. Be sure to also have space in your inventory to receive your rewards when entering a code.
