Silent Steps is a Perk in The Outer Worlds 2. Silent Steps makes your footsteps silent for a short time after exiting stealth. Perks grant passive effects to the player character, which you can get by specializing in a related Skill, choosing a certain Flaw, or spending acquired Perk points. Perk points are acquired with every even level.
