Manual Reset is a Perk in The Outer Worlds 2. Manual Reset lets you hack automechs to temporarily disable them, reset unaware ones with sufficient Hack skill, and increases damage against automechs. Perks grant passive effects to the player character, which you can get by specializing in a related Skill, choosing a certain Flaw, or spending acquired Perk points. Perk points are acquired with every even level.
