Eden Windage is a Perk in The Outer Worlds 2. Eden Windage boosts range and weakspot damage for marksman rifles, pistols, and sniper rifles. Perks grant passive effects to the player character, which you can get by specializing in a related Skill, choosing a certain Flaw, or spending acquired Perk points. Perk points are acquired with every even level.
