Defuser is a Perk in The Outer Worlds 2. Defuser lets you collect disabled mines, adding them to your inventory for later use. Perks grant passive effects to the player character, which you can get by specializing in a related Skill, choosing a certain Flaw, or spending acquired Perk points. Perk points are acquired with every even level.
