Serial Killer is a Perk in The Outer Worlds 2. Serial Killer causes human targets you defeat to drop their heart and lets the player collect them. Each collected heart will increase the player's max health. Perks grant passive effects to the player character, which you can get by specializing in a related Skill, choosing a certain Flaw, or spending acquired Perk points. Perk points are acquired with every even level.

- Requires 3 or more total perks purchased
- Need to have unlocked Psychopath (Perk)

- The cost required for unlocking perks is 1 Perk Point.

Anonymousthe description is old, and the perk is broken allowing it to reduce health instead. If I could post the video here of it doing so, I would.


DO NOT take this perk or its pre-req right now. It will often do nothing or even take max health off you. Save it for a later playthrough if/when it gets fixed
