How to Find Science Adventures Quarterly Copies in The Outer Worlds 2
Since In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda is a Collectible Quest, this means that players can choose to progress through the quest at their own pace while completing other objectives; you don't need to try and find all the items in one sitting. One thing to note is to take your time when exploring areas. Some of the items players are required to find can be easily missed if you only do a cursory scan of your surroundings. Take your time with going over the various loot you can find any time you enter a cabin or a room. Look for accessible rooms and go near desks, small coffee tables, and beds.
The most common areas the publications of the periodical can be found are either on top of desks or tables, or on top of beds inside cabins. When entering the areas listed below, make sure to pay extra attention to items that have a blue glow around them and check closely to make sure you don't miss identifying them. To help with spotting these items, pay attention to the pop-up on your screen that lets you "Examine" an item you are looking at when you find a copy of the publication.
Completing In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda
To complete this quest, you need to submit all 10 copies of Science Adventures Quarterly to Redactor Quesnel. The first time you submit one copy to her, you will receive x500 Bit Cartridge. After doing so, she will then ask you to find more copies of the periodical.
To fulfill the second submission, you need to find 4 more copies to submit, and upon doing so, you will receive Pitchball Card: Josephus Fielder.
The last instance of submission you need to fulfill to Redactor Quesnel will be the remaining 5 copies of the periodical. Once you have given all 10 copies of Science Adventures Quarterly to Redactor Quesnel, she will reward you with Townie Clothing, and you will have officially completed In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda.

To find Science Adventures Quarterly, Volume 2 of 10 refer to the map below. The copy of the periodical will be found outside the South Fishing Cabin, southwest of the Crabble Farm.
You can find it on top of a wooden table outside the cabin structure on the porch, along with some Tribute Liqueur and a Cigarette Lighter.

You will be able to find it on the porch of the fishing cabin just beside the entrance to the cabin on a table to the left. You can also pick up a Tribute Digna-Tea from the table.

Along with the copy of the periodical, you can also pick up Dehydrated Water on the table.
Science Adventures Quarterly Volume 5
To find Science Adventures Quarterly, Volume 5 of 10, you need to go to the Protectorate Farm northwest of Fairfield. Refer to the map below to find the exact location of the cabin where the periodical can be found.
It will be inside one of the cabins on the farm, on top of the desk next to the bed. You can pick it up freely alongside Boarst Rockets and Purpleberry Tequila
Science Adventures Quarterly Volume 6
Volume 6 of Science Adventures Quarterly is the one nearest to the Landing Pad in Paradise Island. To find this volume of the periodical, you need to head southeast of Fairfield down the dock south of Westport. You can refer to the map below to find the copy of the periodical more easily.
Once you find yourself at the dock. Enter the house, and you will be able to find Science Adventures Quarterly, Volume 6 of 10 on top of the bed that you are free to take.
Science Adventures Quarterly Volume 7
To find Science Adventures Quarterly, Volume 7 of 10, you need to go to the Protectorate Cabin west of the Vox Relay station near the North Fishing Cabin. You can refer to the map to see the exact location of the periodical.
Be careful when you first enter the area, as there will be Protectorate forces you will need to deal with. The copy of the periodical will be inside a cabin on top of a desk, along with a Bypass Shunt and a Bit cartridge you can pick up as well.
Science Adventures Quarterly Volume 8
For Science Adventures Quarterly, Volume 8 of 10, you can find it inside a room on the second floor of the Crabbing Tower. Refer to the map below for the specific area.
You will be able to pick up the periodical on top of a table, and nearby on the floor will be a chest you can obtain Compact Rounds, a Pocket Watch, and a Bit Cartridge from.
Science Adventures Quarterly Volume 9
Science Adventures Quarterly, Volume 9 of 10 can be found inside a room on the second floor of a cabin southwest of the Paradise Island Landing Pad. You can refer to the map below to see the exact location.
You can freely pick it up from a bed with a safe nearby. If you choose to lockpick the safe, which requires at least a 3 in Lockpicking and x1 Mag-Pick, you can obtain a Light Revolver and some Bit Cartridge inside.
