Negotiator is a Perk in The Outer Worlds 2. Negotiator speeds up companion ability recharge and grants instant positive Reputation with all factions, reaching Exalted status unless blocked by the Abrasive trait. Perks grant passive effects to the player character, which you can get by specializing in a related Skill, choosing a certain Flaw, or spending acquired Perk points. Perk points are acquired with every even level.
