Duelist is a Perk in The Outer Worlds 2. Duelist grants the ability to perform perfect melee blocks that stun attackers when timed correctly. Perks grant passive effects to the player character, which you can get by specializing in a related Skill, choosing a certain Flaw, or spending acquired Perk points. Perk points are acquired with every even level.
