Foodie is a Perk in The Outer Worlds 2. Foodie increases the health you get from consuming food and drinks, including inhaler charges from medicines. Perks grant passive effects to the player character, which you can get by specializing in a related Skill, choosing a certain Flaw, or spending acquired Perk points. Perk points are acquired with every even level.
