Songclave is a Location in Hollow Knight Silksong. Songclave is a sub-location of the Choral Chambers and serves as a town hub, similar to Bone Bottom and Bellhart. Songclave can be developed by the player through the wish wall, as more NPCs and merchants will show up as the player completes the wishes in the area. The player can also find the White Key in the Songclave, which gives access to the Whiteward.

HK Silksong Songclave Location Objectives

• Destroy the silk enveloping the bell in the First Shrine
• Come back at a later time to find NPCs around Songclave
• Accomplish wishes on the wish wall to establish Songclave

Unlocking the First Shrine Ventrica

Head to the upper right section of Choral Chambers, and navigate the path going to the right while avoiding the hot air. Hit the switch at the end of the path to proceed to the next area. Defeat the Drapefly along the path, then hit the switch at the end to get to the next section. Follow the path going up, then up the platform to activate the First Shrine Ventrica [See Silksong Map]. Then, head back down, then proceed to the path on the left.

Finding the First Shrine in the Choral Chambers

Head to the bottom of the area and follow the path on the right, and go past the structure to find a White Key on the corpse of a Choral enemy, which grants access to the Whiteward. Then, head inside the structure and destroy the silk tying up the bell to ring it and activate the First Shrine bench [See Silksong Map]. Head out of the First Shrine, and you will encounter the Caretaker, who will complain about the ringing bell waking him up.

Establishing the Songclave in Choral Chambers

After destroying the silk and ringing the bell in the First Shrine and leaving the area, pilgrims will start gathering around the shrine, and it will be called Songclave. A wish wall will be by the entrance to the shrine, and you will be able to start several wishes: Building Up Songclave, Fine Pins, and The Wandering Merchant. As you complete more wishes from the wish wall, Songclave will start to have more NPCs.
