Leyndell Knight | Elden Ring Wiki

From Elden Ring Wiki

Leyndell Knights are a Humanoid Enemy in Elden Ring. Leyndell Knights are knights of Leyndell, the Royal Capital. They wield a heavy sword in their right arm and has a large shield on their left. They are entirely covered by golden armor and are highly dangerous due to their fine combat skills.

The spirit of a particular Leyndell Knight, Kristoff, can be summoned for aid in battle by using the Ancient Dragon Knight Kristoff Ashes.

Leyndell Knight Notes & Tips

  • Leyndell Knights wielding Partisans the typical spear-wielding knight moveset, with the addition of the Ash of War: Thunderbolt skill, which calls down a bolt of lightning (can be fired in rapid succession).
  • Leyndell Knights wielding Knight's Greatswords have the typical sword-wielding knight moveset, with the addition of the Ash of War: Lightning Slash skill, which entails a harsh downward swing that calls down a bolt of lightning. While the swing itself has surprisingly limited reach, the bolt of lightning has impressive tracking and is capable of striking a player that is quite far away from the knight.
  • A few Leyndell Knights wielding Knight's Greatswords close to the entrance to Leyndell, Royal Capital are also capable of using the Ash of War: Determination skill, drastically buffing the physical and stamina damage dealt by their next attack. While the buff is active, they gain a rushing sweep attack that is difficult to dodge, due to its large hitbox and peculiar timing.
  • All Leyndell Knights in Altus Plateau are capable of using the Rejection incantation, which they often do to knock away overly aggressive players.
  • The Frenzied Leyndell Knights south of the entrance of the Volcano Cave can use The Flame of Frenzy and the Howl of Shabriri Incantations.
