Holy hell, people please learn the difference between wind-ups and charges. A charge you can hold the button to make the thing stronger, a wind-up is just a delayed attack. It doesn't matter if you hold that button and scream, it won't be stronger. Even better, reading descriptions will tell you if something can be charged.

Tested this with Ancient Dragon's Lightning Strike.

ADLS without Godfrey Icon, and without charging, 1601 to each target. I did this 10 times, 1601 every time.

ADLS without Godfrey Icon, with full charge, 1915 to each target. Also tested 10 times, consistent 1915.

ADLS with Godfrey Icon, without charging, same 1601 to each target. Same 10 times, same 1601 damage.

ADLS with Godfrey Icon, with full charge, 2203 to most, 1915 to some. Tried 10 times, and same behavior.

It seems like some of the added bolts aren't getting the boost, but most do. And 1915 x1.15 is 2202.25 which it might be rounding up to 2203. So for the people saying this doesn't work with Ancient Dragon Lighting Strike, you're wrong.
