- Clarifying Horn Charm +2: Lamenter's Gaol: After dropping down the small cave infested with rats, continue following the path and go straight. You'll find this talisman on a corpse on the right side once you enter the area.

Base Game
- Clarifying Horn Charm +1: Found on a corpse in the middle and at the lowest floor of a ruin in Nokron, Eternal City. This is above an earlier area in Siofra River. To get there, head southeast from Ancestral Woods Site of Grace, and follow the brick path until it ends at a cliff. Turn left and follow the cliff edge as far as you can, then carefully drop onto the ruins roof. Follow this raised pathway northeast until you reach a square open platform. Descend carefully, and the talisman is found on a corpse in the center.
