Threadbare Legacy Act VIII: Lord of Hatred

Threadbare Legacy is a Main Quest in Diablo 4. Threadbare Legacy can be found at the Temple of Courage in Skovos. Main Quests are mandatory missions that players must complete in order to finish the storyline and reach the next difficulty level. Main Quests must be done sequentially and are unlocked only after completing the previous Main Quest/s.

How to unlock Threadbare Legacy in Diablo 4

To unlock Threadbare Legacy, you will have to defeat the Drowned enemies that have invaded the Temple of Courage in Skovos and find out what happened to Lorath during The Rising Tide. Once the quest is completed, Threadbare Legacy will start.

Diablo IV Threadbare Legacy Walkthrough

After the cutscene with Lorath and Adreona, head to the queen's camp just southeast of the Temple of Courage, in The Palashian Woods. Defend Lorath from the enemies chasing him, then convince him to join you instead of giving up. A cutscene will play out with a mysterious man appearing — talk to them after their dialogue, then defeat all of the Drowned enemies ambushing your party.

Once all enemies are defeated, talk to Lorath, then escort them to the Athulua Garrison on the western side of the island. Head to the quest area of the garrison, and the quest will be completed, rewarding you with 117,600 XP and 3,550 Gold. The next quest, Wounded Souls, will immediately start.
