Hands Stained Red is a Main Quest in Diablo 4. Hands Stained Red can be found at the Noxious Wilds in Skovos. Main Quests are mandatory missions that players must complete in order to finish the storyline and reach the next difficulty level. Main Quests must be done sequentially and are unlocked only after completing the previous Main Quest/s.

How to unlock Hands Stained Red in Diablo 4
- To unlock Hands Stained Red, you have to complete the main quest, A Devil in the Garden, by destroying the barricade of corruption blocking the Temple of Life.
Diablo IV Hands Stained Red Walkthrough
After gaining access to the Temple of Life in the Noxious Wilds, head inside the temple and approach the Bramble Infested stuck in the flesh wall near the waypoint. Ask them what the Bramble did to them, then follow the path northwest to reach the marked area. Defeat the Brambles nearby, then talk to Tharra to progress Hands Stained Red.
Pick up Tharra's spear from the Bramble nearby, then hand it over to her and continue your exploration of the Temple of Life. Follow the quest marker in the courtyard of the temple, then destroy the Twisted Undergrowth scattered in three areas of the temple. Once the Twisted Undergrowths are destroyed, proceed to the courtyard and destroy all of the Twisted Undergrowths in the area. Once the courtyard is clear of the corruption, you will be rewarded 117,600 XP and 3,550 Gold for completing Hands Stained Red. The next main quest, Seed of Hatred, will immediately start.
