The Sword of Horazon is a Main Quest in Diablo 4. The Sword of Horazon can be found at Alafar's Study. Main Quests are mandatory missions that players must complete in order to finish the storyline and reach the next difficulty level. Main Quests must be done sequentially and are unlocked only after completing the previous Main Quest/s.

Diablo IV The Sword of Horazon Walkthrough

Speak with Shyan at Mount Civo, she will ask for your assistance at a Cultist camp in the eastern side of the volcano. Make your way to the Cultist Camp, speak with Shyan once you reach the entrance. Enter the Vault with Shyan and look for the Inner Sanctum, slay the demons along the way. As you try to go through the gates to the inner sanctum, you find that it is sealed with something. You need to remove it by filling the Basin with Blood.

Head to either quest markers to collect blood and bring it to the basin, continue to collect more blood and return it to the basin again to unlock the gate. Enter the Vailt of Sins and search for the Sword of Horazon. The Sword of Horazon is sealed, but Shyan will have to figure out how to obtain the necessary information. When you are ready, touch the barrier and begin to protect shyan as she cannot be interupted during this process.

Touch the barrier and slay the demons that have been summoned. After depleting the meter on the right, speak with Shyan. She gets the information on where Bartuc is, he is located at an ancient mage hall. She will ask you to meet her at the Hidden Overlook in Dry Steppes.
