Chasing Lies is a Main Quest in Diablo 4. Chasing Lies can be found at Kehjistan. Main Quests are mandatory missions that players must complete in order to finish the storyline and reach the next difficulty level. Main Quests must be done sequentially and are unlocked only after completing the previous Main Quest/s.

Diablo IV Chasing Lies Walkthrough
Head into Sayeena's Shop in Kehjistan and speak to her, choose the dialogue option "What is your new plan to stop Belial?". She will tell you his vulnerability. Jarius will come into the shop, speak to him and choose the dialogue option "What are you talking about Jarius?". He confronts you about summoning Belial, after the conversation, Jarius and Sayeena will begin to argue, and Jarius runs out the shop.
Exit the shop to find yourself in a snowy plain, look for Jarius and Sayeena. Along the path, you will run into some vampires, take them out and continue your search for Jarius and Sayeena. More enemies will ambush you when you get closer to the two, when you reach the Eastern Pass, you will encounter some demons and Jarius.
Take out the demons and speak to Jarius, choose the dialogue option "What's happening? Where are we?", Jarius tells you about his fight there previously, Jarius follows you after the conversation has ended. Continue up ahead while taking out the enemies along the way, you will reach a cliff with an orange portal. Take out the enemies around this are and enter the portal.
You will return to Kehjistan, continue looking for Sayeena who can be found on the path upward, standing on a sigil. Speak with her and choose the dialogue option "Sayeena, I don't think this is real.", Sayeena believes this was all her fault, for not being able to control the demons. More demons will spawn, take them out and speak to Sayeena again. Choose the dialogue option "Jarius was excommunicated because the Cathedral believed he was a coward.", Sayeena quickly understands that the three of you are trapped within Belial's Realm of Lies.
Once the conversation is over, head into the entrance ahead to the Realm of Lies. Follow the path through this area and take out enemies along the way. Once you reach Belial' Chamber, Belial will appear and you will have to defeat him. Once Belial has been defeated, speak with Sayeena and choose the dialogue option "How do we get out of this place?", Sayeena opens a portal.
Enter the portal to head back to Sayeena's shop, speak with Sayeena and choose the dialogue option "What happened to Jarius? Didn't he escape?", Sayeena suggested that it is because his lies have become his reality, and wishes to proceed to take out Apparitions until a new plan is made. This is where the quests ends, and where a session of the Belial's Apparition Incursions begins.
