After talking to Lorath in the Unyielding Soils, head southeast to the marked area, then talk to Lorath outside of the entrance to the Bowels of the Old City dungeon. Ask him what you will find inside the dungeon, and the quest will be completed. You will be rewarded with 31,360 XP and 2,840 Gold, and the next quest, The Void, will start.
