Fell Visions is a Main Quest in Diablo 4. Fell Visions can be found at Yelesna. Main Quests are mandatory missions that players must complete in order to finish the storyline and reach the next difficulty level. Main Quests must be done sequentially and are unlocked only after completing the previous Main Quest/s.

 

Diablo 4 Fell Visions Objectives

  • Travel to Yelesna to meet with Shyan
  • Read the note left by Shyan
  • Speak with Shyan
  • Collect Khazra Eyes (10)
  • Meet Shyan at her safehouse
  • Put the eyes in the bowl

Diablo IV Fell Visions Walkthrough

Make your way back to Yelesna and look for Shyan to fins that she is not in her usual spot, you can find a note she left instead. Read the Note from Shyan to which she asks you to meet her in Backwater as she has business there. Fast travel to the Backwater waypoint, head east to find Shyan leaned up against a pole. Speak with her as she does her business. 

Once that is done, head over to her and speak with her, she will ask for your assistance to retrieve the eyes of the First Khazra and meet her at her safehouse in the north. Make your way to the quest marker and slay the Khazras and collect their eyes. Once you have all 10, return to the town and look for Shyan at her safehouse. Enter her hut and find her in the second room, report to her and put the eyes in the bowl for her.

Speak with her again to learn of her findings, she asks you to meet her at the Caldeum Library once all is ready.

 

How to unlock Fell Visions in Diablo 4

  • You will need to complete the previous quest, Den of Iniquity, to unlock this quest.
