Last Dive is a Quest for Hollow Knight Silksong. Last Dive is a Main Quest that culminates the story of Hollow Knight Silksong. This quest send Hornet to The Abyss to dive deep into the void to cut Pharloom free. In this quest, players will face off against Lost Lace as the final boss.

How to Start Last Dive Quest in Hollow Knight Silksong

• Players must progress through Act 3 and obtain the Everbloom after completing The Old Hearts Quest.

How to Reach Act 3 in Hollow Knight Silksong

• Complete all Side Quests, except repeatable deliveries (these are quests that you get from Tipp and Pill's shop in Bellhart)
• Complete Pharloom's Crown: Your objective is to learn three melodies to ascend to the Citadel.
• Reach The Cradle and fight Lace.
• Return to Songclave and speak to the Caretaker to learn about how to ensnare Grand Mother Silk, which prompts the Silk and Soul quest. 
• When facing the Grand Mother Silk, choose to play Needolin instead of binding her. 
• NOTE: During our playthrough, we've discovered that the option to play the Needolin after defeating Grand Mother Silk will not be available if you did not complete Silk and Soul.
• After playing the Needolin, this will trigger a sequence, and then credits will roll and players will be sent to the main menu. The save file will then be transformed with black weaves that you need to break by clicking repeatedly. Upon doing so, you will start the secret Act 3.

How to Complete Last Dive Quest in Hollow Knight Silksong

Once you unlock this objective, start by making your way to Deep Docks. Go down and speak to Ballow to configure the Diving Bell to descend to The Abyss. After speaking to Ballow, go back and enter the Diving Bell and use the bench for the checkpoint and then interact with the speaker on the wall to start your descent.

After reaching The Abyss, progress through the area, crossing to the left and following the path and then dropping down to the bottom and rest at the bench for the checkpoint. You can then continue to head right.

Once you reach the ledge, Lace will appear and the dark threads of the void will become even more unstable. After the dialogue ends, interact with the ledge to dive down deep into the void.

Once you enter deep in the void, head right and you will then have to confront Lost Lace. To see tips and strategies on how to fight the boss, click here.

After you defeat Lost Lace, wait for her to reappear as her usual form and take her, then use a charged Silk Soar to leave the depths of the void.

A cutscene will play as you ascend and after it ends, you will have completed Last Dive and receive the Sister of the Void achievement.
