A Master's Touch is a Main Quest in Diablo 4. A Master's Touch can be found at Kyovashad. Main Quests are mandatory missions that players must complete in order to finish the storyline and reach the next difficulty level. Main Quests must be done sequentially and are unlocked only after completing the previous Main Quest/s.

Diablo IV A Master's Touch Walkthrough
The "A Master's Touch" main quest in Diablo 4 automatically becomes available after completing the "Prying the Eye" main quest. You'll begin in the chapel where you spoke with Taissa and Lorath in Kehjistan, you've learned more about Lilith's plan by tapping into her whereabouts with the use of the Sightless Eye, a device that was used by Elias to communicate with Lilith.
Lorath proposes a plan to stop Lilith but you'll need to seek help from an old ally, Donan, who can be found in Kyovashad. Fast travel to Kyovashad and follow the quest marker to reach the Cathedral of Light [Diablo 4 Map Link]. Upon arriving, approach Donan and hand him the letter from Lorath. He'll advise you to go to Horadric Vault while he gathers the resources he needs. This completes the main quest, "A Master's Touch", and you'll be rewarded with XP and Gold.
