Mossgrub is an Enemy in Hollow Knight Silksong. Mossgrub is a furry crawler found at Moss Grotto. Its spiked back makes it more dangerous than it appears. You’ll need to defeat 25 of them to unlock the Hunter’s Notes. Enemies are hostile creatures and entities that Hornet faces throughout Pharloom. They vary in health, attack patterns, and difficulty, ranging from smaller foes to powerful adversaries.

• It slowly moves horizontaly across land, it turns around when it reaches the ledge. Sometimes it can be seen eating grass and doesn't move until you attack it.
