Lumble the Lucky NPC Dialogue Lines

Introduction / Initial Meeting

  • Ahh, a fellow pilgrim. I've been praying along here too long, with only the wind's voice to join mine. We're so close. Our pilgrimage is almost over. Just one final, brutal climb, hm?
  • Aye, the roads become lonelier the longer they're travelled and the higher we climb. It takes a lot of luck and a lot of faith to make it this far, though I'm sure I don't need to tell you that.

Visit

  • While we rest for the journey ahead, care to test your luck with a game of dice? You know how to play, I trust?
  • A beat of rosaries on each roll. What say you? Sound fair? Let our worries roll away with the dice!

I think I found a trick for Hornet's dice roll. You know the animation where she shakes the dice up and down? Count each shake. Around the 13th shake, the dice flashes white for a split second. If you release the button right then, it seems like a guaranteed win.

      • I bought the magnetic 'lucky' die from our thief friend and my eyes sparkled at the thought of "dang, I got cheating dice, time to win big". Started googling where the innocent gambler was on the map just to find out that he has passed away...

        • i saw a streamer (inkslime) play this game and figure out that the timing to win the minigame was to shake the dice for four beats at 92 BPM, which is some sort of standard speed in music.

also a "beat" of rosaries is 4 rosaries. music!
