Prince of Death's Staff is a Glintstone Staff in Elden Ring. The Prince of Death's Staff scales primarily with Intelligence and Faith and is a good Weapon for death sorceries and high level characters.

Staff embedded with sullied amber, said to be a very part of the Prince of Death.

Enhances death sorceries.
One of the staves deemed heretical by the academy for its ability to allow sorceries to be augmented through faith in addition to intelligence.

The Nameless Eternal City site of grace in Deeproot Depths, head east and you'll see a root ramp and a series rooftops forming a ramp. Go up either one, and at the very first intersection, drop down to the left and continue upward. The branch will turn left and lead to the top of a tower. The staff is in that tower. • This weapon can be infused with the Ash of War: Spinning Weapon.
• Can't be buffed by Magic or Consumables
• Prince of Death's Staff can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones
• This is one of the few magic catalysts that scale with both Intelligence and Faith.
• Boosts the power of Death Sorceries by 10%
• Death sorceries include Ancient Death Rancor, Explosive Ghostflame, Rancorcall, and Tibia's Summons. Does not include other death sorceries.
• Sell Value: 200
• NOTE: As of Patch 1.09, the scaling values of this weapon were changed. Please refer to the Upgrades Table of this weapon below.
• Prince of Death's Staff outperforms Gelmir Glintstone Staff once you hit 50 Int and 50 Fth, otherwise, Gelmir wins out, assuming you keep the stats the same. Otherwise, Prince of Death's Staff wins when stats are skewed more heavily to one stat than the other as long as that stat is over 50.
