• Weapon Skill: Ordovis's Vortex
• This weapon cannot be infused with Ashes of War
• Can't be enchanted with Magic nor boosted by Consumables.
• Ordovis's Greatsword can be upgraded by using Somber Smithing Stones.
• Good on a Strength Builds with minimal investments on Faith and Dex. Further investing in Faith can be beneficial to take advantage of buffs like Golden Vow and all the high level defensive incantations like Lord's Divine Fortification, Flame, Protect Me etc. Dex can stay at its minimal requirement.
• The Skill, its best attribute, scales with AR and has one of the highest stance damage of the game when fully charged, making the weapon particularly strong on stance break builds. It mainly deals Physical damage allowing the weapon to perform well even against the late game bosses that notoriously have high Holy damage Negation.
• Sell Value: 1000
• NOTE: As of Patch 1.09, the scaling values of this weapon were changed. Please refer to the Upgrades Table of this weapon below. Additionally, speed, range, recovery time and guard counter speed of Greatswords weapons has increased.
