- Causes Deadly Poison Buildup:
(66). Referred to as 'lethal' in the weapon's description. - At 80 Dex, this weapon has an AR of 597 (294+303)
- This weapon has a unique R2 that consists of a double slash, which is shared with Sword of Night.
- Charging the attack causes your character to take a large step forward before delivering the double strike, making it a useful tool to close distance.
- Landing both hits of the R2 count as 1 stack for any "successive attacks" item.
- The best setup to take advantage of the multi hit R2 is: Millicent's Prosthesis + Rotten Winged Sword Insignia (or the regular version if you don't plan to go into ng+ or having it dropped by another player) and then Thorny Cracked Tear for your Flask of Wondrous Physick.
- Kindred of Rot's Exultation and Mushroom Crown can also be used to take advantage of its natural Poison Buildup.
- Poisoned Hand was introduced in SotE DLC which can provide an addition 7.5% damage buff if Poison is inflicted while it's equipped. It also works in the off hand and even when another weapon is 2 handed. The buff stacks with the Kindred of Rot's Exultation and Mushroom Crown.
- Sell Value:
