Imp Head (Wolf) is a Helm in Elden Ring. Imp Head (Wolf) is a Heavyweight armor that provides a good balance of defensive properties. Imp Head (Wolf) protects the player's head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.

• Drops from Forked Greatsword wielding Wolf-Headed Imps in Catacombs
• Minor Erdtree Catacombs: Body laying over a sarcophagus. A quick way to reach it is taking the lift at the beginning of the dungeon down, sending it back up, then dropping down into the room below. From there, head down the rot filled hallway and take the first right. Go straight and in the next room climb up the ladder on the right.
