Call of Tibia is a Consumable Item in Elden Ring. It is a brand new Consumable Item in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Most Consumables grant various effects such as restorative properties for recovering HP, removing certain negative status effects or applying temporary buffs and debuffs, while others can be thrown at enemies to deal damage. Call of Tibia uses FP to summon one lost in death.

Uses FP to summon one lost in death at the spot that it is thrown. The creature spins and mows down foes in the vicinity three times before dissipating.
The dead have long been left to wander; what they need is leadership.

- Lamenter's Gaol: After dropping down the destructible path, exit the room and head up the stairs. Take the path on the right and you'll find a small room with a corpse with this item.
