• Weapon Skill: Bloodhound's Finesse
• This weapon cannot be infused with Ashes of War
• This weapon can be enchanted with Magic or buffed by Consumables
• Bloodhound's Fang can be upgraded by using Somber Smithing Stones.
• Sell Value: 500
• NOTE: As of Patch 1.09, the scaling values of this weapon were changed. Please refer to the Upgrades Table of this weapon below. Additionally, speed, range, recovery time and guard counter speed of Curved Greatsword weapons has increased.
• Some jumping attacks of the Bloodhound's Fang have higher Motion Values compared to the rest of its class. 1h Jumping R1, 1h Jumping R2, 2h Jumping R1 and 2h Jumping R2 are all affected.
  • The motion values of the Bloodhound's Fang are 118, 142, 128 and 151 respectively, compared to the regular Curved Greatsword motion values of 107, 127, 112 and 132.
  • The 'Motion Value' of an attack is the damage it does, expressed as a % of the weapon's Attack Value. So, a 2h Jumping R2 will do 151% of the base damage of the sword. Note that this might not reflect true damage values, as it does not account from damage reduction through enemy defense, and other similar effects.
