Worth mentioning even if you want to stay on good terms with Gortash and leave the "Disable the Steel Watch" quest until sorting out Orin etc, you can still get this at the beginning of Act 3, you can sneak around the first room to grab Steel Watcher Arm and Targeting Module, then enter the second room to find the blueprints and crafting bench, there's no need to go to the lower levels of the foundry and trigger any fighting with the guards until you're actually ready to blow the place up

Hilariously enough its DC scales from 8+CHA+prof but does not benefit from DC bonuses on items despite showing up in the tooltip.
