A version of Minecraft Infdev was released on June 18, 2010, marking the first Seecret Friday update.[1] This is the only version of Infdev available in the launcher.

- Crafted with 6 iron ingots and a stick.

- Crafted with 5 iron ingots.
- Used as portable storage.
- Right-clicking minecarts opens them like a chest (with the container called "Minecart"). Filling them up makes the "dirt" layer inside of them rise.
- Called "FallingSand".
- Appears when sand or gravel lose their base of support.
- Сan now be dropped by falling onto a torch or a slab.

- Explosion resistance has been increased. Before this, obsidian had the same blast resistance as stone.

Bugs
[edit | edit source]2 bugs reported
- Placing falling blocks above signs keeps them continuously bouncing until player leaves & rejoins world or breaks sign.
- Near the Far Lands gravity-affected blocks may duplicate items under certain conditions.[2]
- This bug remained in the game until release 1.4.5.
